October 23-26, 2019, the International Exhibition for Young Inventors (IEYI) was held in Jakarta, Indonesia. This year it attracted children from 11 countries to present 120 of their own projects.
For the third time in a row Technopol became an official national delegate, this time bringing 12 projects from Russia. The very first time happened in 2017 in Nagoya, Japan, where Russian team earned collectively 1 silver and 5 bronze medals; next year’s participation was more successful and brought 2 gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze medals. This year’s Exhibition ended with 2 gold and 4 bronze medals for the Russian inventors.
Trivia: International Exhibition for Young Inventors is an event dating back to 1904 which is dedicated to promoting creative development and encouraging innovations by joining young inventors all around the globe. Technopol, being an authorized representative of the organizing committee of the IEYI in Russia, is responsible for the delegation forming, as well as dealing with organizational and practical matters related to participation in the Exhibition and innovative projects competition.
