For the period of January 30-February 1, 2019 STA «Technopol-Moscow» organized a working visit of the Secretariat of the World Winter Cities Association for Mayors (WWCAM) to the city of Norilsk.
The visit took place to discuss the matters regarding Norilsk entering WWCAM in 2018 with the Norilsk officials, especially directions and forms of further cooperation within the Association.
